I was hoping to use this product in an empties/ favourite post but thought why not let it be the product of the day!
Having gone through about 10 bottles of this I think it’s safe to say this is a staple in my skincare stash. This cleanser doesn’t promise the world which I actually love. The consistency is quite gel like. When you put it on the gel like consistency feels almost balmy. Nice one if you want to give your face a bit of a massage!
Once it makes contact with water you will find that the product emulsifies. Quite comparable to some of the high ends cleansers I’ve tried. I’m thinking Liz Earle without the hot cloth element.
If you don’t wear too much make up this is great as an everyday cleanser. The product will leave the skin feeling clean but not tight. I do actually find it gives a touch of radiance. A certain je ne sais quoi! In fact even when I have a full face of makeup on I use this cleanser as my second cleanse product (please see Caroline Hirons- double cleanse).
I have to give this product a 4.8 out of 5 as it has been one of the most long standing staples. It’s also great for the ole budget!
